Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and hands on Hatchery Supervisor to oversee daily hatchery operations in Iloilo. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient incubation, hatching, chick handling, and overall hatchery performance. The Hatchery Supervisor will lead the team in maintaining high standards of biosecurity, quality control, and productivity while ensuring compliance with company and safety standards.
Qualifications and Requirements- Graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or any related course
- With at least 2 years of experience in hatchery or poultry operations, preferably in supervisory level
- Knowledgeable in incubation process, chick quality standards, and hatchery equipment operation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiar with biosecurity protocols and farm safety standards
- Willing to be assigned in Iloilo with stay in arrangement
