The Regional Controller - CPA at Octal Philippines Inc. will hold a vital leadership role, responsible for managing the financial operations across the region. This position includes overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.The ideal candidate will drive the financial integrity of the organization and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
Requirements- • Certified Public Accountant
- At least 10 years professional experience as Controller, (10-15 yrs for Regional Controller background)
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software preferably NetSuite Oracle and databases
- Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Flexible and willing to work long hours, even GY, if needed
- MUST HAVE: Regional Controller – 10 to 15 yrs experience handling IT/BPO set up, with 800 to 1000 total workforce: interacting/collaborating with US Managers and Accounting/Payroll counterparts.
Controller – 5 to 10 years background handling IT/BPO set up, with 800 to 1000 total workforce: interacting/collaborating with US Managers, and Accounting/Payroll counterparts.
