Warehouseman/Driver

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports directly to the Delivery and Shipment Supervisor.
• Prepare finished goods for delivery and shipment to clients and depot.
• Verify the quantity of goods for delivery before handing them over to the Cargo handler.
• Provide the Daily Delivery Schedule Report Form (DDSRF) for each area of delivery.
• Prepare packing lists for shipments to the depot and direct shipments to clients.
• Monitor and inspect goods during loading into containers for shipment.
• Schedule deliveries and monitor undelivered finished goods.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with the Management Information Systems (MIS) department to address any problems encountered during product delivery Monitors daily operation of delivery and shipments.
• Monitor daily operations of delivery and shipments.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager to receive special instructions for shipments.
• Perform other tasks, which may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Preferably a graduate of a 4-year course.
• Possess a strong personality and excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of delivery and shipment operations.
• Proficient in computer system application.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Preferably with driver’s license and experience in driving.
• Willing to report to Biñan, Laguna temporarily.
