Job Summary:

The role requires not only excellent driving skills but also professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining company vehicles in top condition while adhering strictly to road safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, executives, or guests to and from assigned destinations, ensuring their comfort and security throughout the journey.
• Adhere to pick-up and drop-off schedules promptly, demonstrating strong time management and reliability to avoid delays in business operations.
• Deliver important documents, packages, and materials to clients, partners, or internal departments while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in handling.
• Conduct routine daily vehicle inspections, checking fuel, oil, tires, brakes, and overall roadworthiness to prevent breakdowns and ensure safe operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper sanitation, and regular servicing of company vehicles, coordinating with service providers when maintenance or repairs are required.
• Strictly follow traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies at all times to promote safe driving practices and minimize risks.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents, injuries, or vehicle malfunctions to management and assist in preparing proper documentation for records.
• Keep detailed and accurate logs of travel times, mileage, destinations, and fuel consumption for monitoring and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record free from major violations or accidents.
• Demonstrated driving experience, preferably within a corporate, professional, or executive setting, showing reliability and discretion.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic laws to ensure efficient navigation and travel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to professionally interact with staff, clients, and external partners.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by company needs.
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion, especially when handling confidential company documents or information.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift, carry, or load light packages or goods when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in defensive driving or completion of a recognized professional driving course, demonstrating advanced safety awareness.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting, allowing the driver to address minor issues promptly and prevent delays.
