The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, goods, and company assets to designated locations. This role ensures timely delivery, proper vehicle maintenance, and compliance with traffic rules and company policies.

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or materials to required destinations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle at all times.
• Conduct regular checks on vehicle oil, water, tires, brakes, and other safety equipment.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or repairs needed to the immediate supervisor.
• Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods or documents when required.
• Secure and protect company property, ensuring confidentiality when handling documents or passengers.
• Keep a daily log of travel, mileage, fuel consumption, and schedules.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver’s license (with appropriate restriction codes).
• Proven experience as a company or professional driver.
• Excellent knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and road safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety consciousness.

• Primarily field-based, with frequent travel.
• May require overtime or long hours depending on company needs.
• Exposure to traffic, weather, and varying road conditions.
