Job Title: RecruiterLocation: Fully Remote, Philippines
Rate: $3 - $3.25 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Job Type: Full-Time
For this role, we are in search of a recruiter to be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of either offshore or onshore candidates.
Successful candidates for this role are expected to have the following attributes:
- Must have at least one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Must have at least one year of experience conducting interviews in English
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Has the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Great logical and verbal reasoning skills.
- Ability to think outside the box.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid)
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance)
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work
- Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time employment
- Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
