Associate Operations Manager

• Assist in coordinating construction activities across multiple project sites in support of the Operations Manager.
• Help monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and equipment needs to ensure efficient progress.
• Support the enforcement of safety regulations and company standards on job sites.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project operations.
• Assist with tracking job costs, monitoring budgets, and contributing to procurement and logistics planning.
• Participate in regular site inspections, project status reviews, and team coordination meetings.
• Prepare progress reports and help identify operational challenges, offering practical, actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to process improvements and help implement quality control measures under the guidance of senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in construction operations or project coordination roles.
• Foundational understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and permitting processes.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction regulations at local and national levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail.

Working Conditions :

• Full time position
• Based at the company head office with frequent visits to active project sites.
• May involve extended hours during peak periods or critical phases of project delivery.
