• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B collections supporting U.S.-based clients
• Proven success managing collections for U.S. businesses, with strong knowledge of U.S. billing, invoicing, and follow-up practices
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable conducting collection and payment-related calls with brokers and external partners
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with brokers through phone and email to establish and verify payment arrangements
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate timely collections from brokers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of invoices, collection activities, payment history, and account status
• Ensure compliance with documented financial processes, policies, and procedures
