Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Schedule: AU/NZ Shift | Monday to Friday | Rotational Shifts
Job Description:We are hiring B2B Collections Agents to handle accounts receivable and collections for business clients. The role includes following up on overdue invoices, resolving payment issues, handling disputes, and working with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B collections and accounts receivable
- Follow up on overdue payments and invoices
- Resolve billing issues and disputes
- Coordinate with finance and billing teams
- Do invoice reconciliation and payment updates
- Maintain accurate account records
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years BPO experience (collections preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Experience in AR or collections is an advantage
- Graduate of any business-related course
