WHAT IS A/AN B2B ORDER MANAGEMENT / SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST?
Where customer orders become revenue — and where your next move is up.
We're the team that keeps our biggest B2B partners moving. When a customer's purchase order lands, you're the one who turns it into a clean, on-time sales order, gets product out the door, and keeps the partner in the loop every step of the way. It's fast, it's detail-driven, and it sits right at the intersection of sales, operations, and the customer.
This isn't a back-office paperwork seat. It's a launchpad. You'll start by owning the order lifecycle, then ramp into front-line support for our biggest eCommerce channels (think Staples-tier partners) — quoting, opportunity tracking, and direct sales-team support. We grow people here.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?- Convert incoming customer purchase orders into sales orders in our order management system — bulk, replenishment, manual, and partner entry
- Coordinate fulfillment: warehouse selection, routing, and dropship stream monitoring
- Keep inventory and availability aligned, and communicate it clearly to buyers
- Be the go-to for tracking, shipping, and post-order questions from partners
- Spot issues early and escalate them before they become problems
- Run reserve, return, and B2B performance reports — and translate the numbers for sales and accounting
- Route invoice requests, vendor agreements, and customer reference/Net-terms checks to the right hands
Where you'll grow (with training) Conversion-layer support for our eCommerce channels:
- Standard pricing + availability responses
- Quote creation, execution, and volume-quote support
- Opportunity follow-up and tracking
- Day-to-day sales-team support, with pricing/strategy exceptions escalated up
- 3–5+ years in sales operations, order management, account coordination, or customer-facing support (B2B is a big plus)
- You've worked the sell side — supporting customers and sales teams, not procurement
- Comfortable living in an order management/ERP system and juggling many active orders at once
- Sharp on details, calm under volume, and a clear communicator with partners and internal teams
- Energized by ownership and a visible path into sales support
Purchasing/procurement background isn't what we're after here — this is a customer- and sales-facing role.
