Location: Cebu City
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager for Retail/Malls will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, tenant sales performance, and brand positioning for CLI’s retail assets. This role will work closely with Leasing, Property Management, and Partner Tenants to ensure strong mall visibility, tenant success, and community relevance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual and project-based retail marketing plans aligned with mall positioning and leasing objectives
- Partner closely with Leasing to support tenant acquisition, retention, and sales-driven campaigns
- Conceptualize and implement mall-wide promotions, events, seasonal campaigns, and community activations
- Collaborate with partner tenants on co-marketing initiatives, sales events, and promotional calendars
- Drive foot traffic growth and shopper engagement through on-ground and digital campaigns
- Manage brand standards, messaging, and visual merchandising consistency across retail assets
- Oversee marketing agencies, suppliers, and event partners
- Track and analyze campaign performance (footfall, tenant participation, engagement, ROI)
- Ensure alignment with CLI’s brand and commercial objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in retail or mall marketing
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Mall operators
- Mixed-use or township retail developments
- Proven experience working with tenants, leasing teams, and property management
- Strong background in events, activations, promotions, and partnerships
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
