Office Staff / Administrative Coordinator4 Full-Time Positions Available
Location: Mandaluyong City
We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, and computer-literate office staff to support our daily operations, dealer coordination, order monitoring, document filing, and basic reporting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management
- Compile, copy, sort, encode, and file office records and documents
- Log, monitor, and file incoming and outgoing documents
- Communicate with dealers and compile orders
- Prepare basic reports using Excel or Microsoft Office
- Assist in monitoring retail operations, orders, and coordination tasks
- Perform basic accounting or administrative tasks as required
- Carry out other duties assigned by the department head from time to time
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Fresh graduates may apply, but applicants with experience will be given preference
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Able to analyze basic data and identify patterns or issues
- Experience in retail operations, coordination, or administrative work is an advantage
- Must be able to report to our office in Mandaluyong City
