Office Staff / Administrative Coordinator
4 Full-Time Positions Available

Location: Mandaluyong City

We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, and computer-literate office staff to support our daily operations, dealer coordination, order monitoring, document filing, and basic reporting tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management
  • Compile, copy, sort, encode, and file office records and documents
  • Log, monitor, and file incoming and outgoing documents
  • Communicate with dealers and compile orders
  • Prepare basic reports using Excel or Microsoft Office
  • Assist in monitoring retail operations, orders, and coordination tasks
  • Perform basic accounting or administrative tasks as required
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the department head from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Fresh graduates may apply, but applicants with experience will be given preference
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Able to analyze basic data and identify patterns or issues
  • Experience in retail operations, coordination, or administrative work is an advantage
  • Must be able to report to our office in Mandaluyong City
