POSITION TITLE: Insurance Operations Senior AnalystWORK SETUP: RTO
Responsibilities:- Review and authorize procedures for handling legal documentation and inquiries, including guardianship, conservatorship, QDROs, Power of Attorney, and levy/guardianship matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all processing activities.
- Lead efforts to correct Social Security records and validate income and deposit information for internal and external requests.
- Administer beneficiary updates, particularly involving complex agreements.
- Secure handling and updating of participant banking details in alignment with compliance and service standards.
- Update participant address records using investigative tools such as Accurint and Equifax to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with retained teams to resolve escalated or specialized cases.
- Complete After-Call Work originating from inbound contact center interactions within Salesforce.
- Conduct outbound calls to participants for high-value transactions or as needed
