Job Description:

The basis of this position is to make a profit for the company through sales with customer satisfaction.

In order to make a profit for the company, the main job of a Sales Executive is to sell the company's products and services , provide information that clients are looking for, and conclude contracts. We are looking for a top salesman/woman who generates sales for our company and achieves the highest quotas.

Also it needs to think about what kind of approach is efficient to increase profits and to take on the responsibility of researching and creating plans for selling.

Objectives:

  1. To make a profit for the company through sales with customer satisfaction.
  2. To sell the company's products and services , provide information that clients are looking for, and conclude contracts.
  3. To achieve high sales quotas as a top salesman/woman.
  4. To propose about what kind of approach is efficient to increase profits and to take on the responsibility of researching and creating plans for selling.
  • Sales activities
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients/ partners.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services, if needed.
  • Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability.
  • Post-sale follow-up
  • Relation & follow-up job with patients in the Processing list and the Waiting list
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Reporting
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the management.
  • Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer

Qualifications:

  • At Least 1-3 years of Sales Experience in total
  • PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: most recent sales experience in medical health products or any related products
  • Minimum Educational Requirement: at least High School Graduate
  • Good English and Tagalog communication skills both in speaking and writing
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
