ON-SITE Project Engineer (EE/ECE) – Documentation (Telecom)

About the Role

We are hiring a Project Engineer – Documentation to manage and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and organization of project documents for telecom DC power projects.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring all site documentation is correct and complete—directly impacting project tracking, billing speed, and overall operations efficiency.

• Collect, organize, and validate documentation from site teams
• Review installation photos and ensure clarity and completeness
• Verify critical details such as serial numbers and equipment data
• Coordinate with engineers for final validation before submission
• Track documentation status per site and follow up on missing items
• Maintain organized records using WhatsApp and OneDrive
• Prepare project summaries for status monitoring and billing readiness
• Support faster billing by ensuring documentation is complete and accurate

• Initial submissions via WhatsApp (photos and site updates) / ClickUp
• Final storage and organization in OneDrive
• Ongoing integration with ClickUp for project tracking and monitoring

• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows
• Recommend and implement automation solutions (AI/tools)
• Support internal process improvements to reduce manual work

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related)
• Experience in telecom or construction documentation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, especially in photo and data validation
• Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of automation tools or AI is an advantage

• Highly detail-oriented (especially with serial numbers and photo validation)
• Organized and process-driven
• Able to work independently across multiple projects
• Proactive in improving systems and workflows
