About the Role

We're looking for a high-performing, self-starting Copywriter and Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Ortigas office. This hybrid role combines exceptional content creation with data-driven ad campaign management, playing a central role in how we attract, nurture, and convert leads for one of the region's fastest-growing offshore staffing firms.

From persuasive email sequences to powerful case studies and high-impact digital ads, you'll help shape our message and drive measurable growth across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Copywriting
  • Write and edit impactful content across multiple formats:
  • Email campaigns (cold, nurture, promotions)
  • Brochures and sales collateral
  • Long-form blogs, web copy, and landing pages
  • Case studies (including interviewing stakeholders)
  • EBooks and downloadable lead magnets
  • Lead the creation and repurposing of content for various touchpoints
  • Ensure brand voice and consistency across all written materials
  • Collaborate with design and campaign leads to bring content to life
  • Optimize copy for SEO, engagement, and conversion
PPC Campaign Management
  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Write high-converting ad copy tailored to target audiences
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights
  • Align paid strategy with company goals in lead gen and awareness
  • Stay current on trends in paid media, targeting, and creative strategy
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital advertising
  • Strong portfolio with a mix of short- and long-form content
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, and/or LinkedIn
  • Strong interview and storytelling skills for case study development
  • Data-savvy with ability to interpret ad metrics and optimise accordingly
  • Strong grammar, editing, and copy editing skills
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and proactive
  • Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced environment
  • B2B experience preferred; experience in offshoring or HR/staffing is a plus
