Maintenance crew

Job Description

• Performs all needed repairs in Marand Nest.
• Escort tenants to the hospital in need of immediate medical attention.
• Does carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting jobs of the building.
• Checks building at the start and end of duty.
• Makes sure all building appliances, furniture and lightings in the common areas are in good condition.
• Dispose garbage every Friday.
• Checks and monitors the generator set on a weekly basis.
• Checks and monitors the elevator on a regular basis.
• Checks and monitors the treadmill set every 1st day of the month.
• Assist the admin with room checks on a monthly basis.
• Shake all the fire extinguishers every last Saturday of the month.
• Gives suggestions to the Manager for jobs that can be done or improved for smoother day-to-day operations.
• Reports work accomplished orally or written to the Manager.
• Receives general supervision from the Manager.
