Prepares and implements Comprehensive Preventive/ Corrective/ Rehabilitative Maintenance Program of Biomedical, Electronic, and Communication Equipment, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Works, Physical Plant, and other healthcare equipment/devices.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience and knowledge in building maintenance or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly in emergency or high-stress situations.
- Physically fit and agile.
- Punctual and reliable, with strong attention to safety protocols and regulations.
- Flexibility to work different hours and shifts to meet operational and customer needs.
