DISTRIBUTION CENTER MANAGER (WAREHOUSE MANAGER)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.
- Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.
- Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).
- Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
- Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
LOGISTIC ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are
- Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
- Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
- Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
- Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
- Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
- Reporting all breakages and spills.
- Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, Business Management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and equipment for loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions promptly.
- Organize and optimize storage, stacking, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements.
- Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Ensure efficient material flow to meet schedules.
Replenish and register inbound/outbound goods in the storage system.
Qualifications:
- TESDA graduate (Reach Truck courses/training) with NCII Certificate or any course graduate.
- Valid professional driver’s license (Code 1 & 2) with 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Strong physical health; ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
- Commitment to safety protocols and accurate record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
