Job description: Ensure client success and satisfaction in delivering the review center's academic services

Coordinate with clients - students and parents ( enrollment, scheduling of classes and other student related affairs)
Assist in the daily office operations
Manage and update students' records for accounting purposes
Assist in resolving any operations and client concerns
Perform clerical tasks

Handle calls regarding academic services offered or availed

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Be a graduate of Office Administration, Management, Communications, Psychology, Computer-related course, or a degree in a related field
Possesses excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Has organizational skills and intermediate computer skills
Has a pleasing personality and can easily establish a good rapport with students
Has a good learning attitude and appropriate work ethics
Should be a team player but can work under minimal supervision once trained
