QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering Graduate. Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required
- With at least with ten (10) years’ experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management
- Knowledgeable in kitchen equipment, air-conditioning, and laundry equipment
- Has minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Manager
- Experience in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management preferred but not required
- With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.
