Job Description

The McDonald's Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient restaurant operations. This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, handling customer transactions, and creating a welcoming dining experience for every customer.

• Welcome customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with McDonald's quality, food safety, and operational standards.
• Assemble and serve customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, counters, and workstations at all times.
• Restock supplies, ingredients, packaging materials, and condiments as needed.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations, including cleaning and equipment checks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain excellent customer service.
• Perform inventory support, waste monitoring, and other assigned operational tasks.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Shift Manager.

• Employment Type: Part-time
• Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required by operational needs.
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Work Environment: Fast-paced, customer-oriented environment requiring prolonged standing, frequent movement, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service and food safety standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least a Senior High School graduate; College level or vocational graduate is an advantage.
• Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is preferred but fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Willing to be assigned to McDonald's Island Central Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
