Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives across paid advertising, content creation, and marketing automation. This role is ideal for someone who can manage Meta Ads campaigns, create engaging graphics and video content, and provide basic support within GoHighLevel (GHL) to help generate leads and improve marketing performance.
The successful candidate will combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management- Create, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign results.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Design marketing materials, ad creatives, social media graphics, and promotional assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Create engaging short-form video content for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Assist with basic GoHighLevel (GHL) tasks such as:
- Creating and updating landing pages.
- Managing forms and lead capture workflows.
- Setting up email and SMS automations.
- Updating CRM pipelines and contact records.
- Support lead nurturing and marketing automation initiatives.
- Assist with social media content scheduling and campaign execution.
- Coordinate marketing assets and maintain organized content libraries.
- Research new marketing trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing objectives.
Role Requirements
Experience & Skills- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience editing short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven recommendations.
- Experience working with service-based businesses or agencies.
- Familiarity with landing page builders and email marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows through with minimal supervision.
- Creative while remaining focused on business results.
- Comfortable balancing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve performance.

Daily- Monitor active Meta Ads campaigns.
- Respond to marketing priorities and content requests.
- Update GHL workflows, leads, and campaign assets as needed.
- Submit campaign performance updates.
- Create and schedule content assets.
- Recommend optimization opportunities and new marketing initiatives.
- Deliver consolidated marketing performance reports.
- Review content performance and campaign results.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.
