What you'll be doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat or other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications/Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and provide effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle complex customer queries
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
