CSR - Voice (On site)

Join XFUTURE' as a full-time Customer Service Representative, working on-site in our Baguio City Benguet office. In this customer-facing role, you will be the voice of our company, providing outstanding support and building positive relationships with our clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle complex customer queries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
