Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our high-end wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent client service and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival
- Guide clients in completing necessary forms and documents
- Monitor and update client appointments using the clinic CRM system
- Encode client package purchases and treatment details
- Process payments (cash, card, and installment transactions)
- Issue official receipts and prepare daily envelope reports
- Handle cash counting and basic cashiering duties
- Coordinate and maintain a smooth client treatment schedule and flow
- With related work experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or clinic operations
- Presentable, organized, and customer-service oriented
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data encoding
- Able to work in Pasig City, 6 days a week
- One weekday off per week
- Willing to work during holidays
