Field Supervisor

Job Description

The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily field activities and ensuring that telecom operations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. The role involves monitoring field teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of technicians, linemen, splicers, and field staff
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
• Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and schedules for field operations
• Provide guidance, support, and technical assistance to field personnel
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and operational updates
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, QA, and management regarding field concerns
• Handle on-site issues and provide immediate solutions when necessary
• Ensure proper documentation of field activities and project status

Qualifications:

• With experience in telecom field operations or supervision
• Knowledgeable in FTTH installation, troubleshooting, and telecom processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Can manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel to different sites
• Proficient in basic reporting and Microsoft Office
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
