Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse setting.Skills:Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), time and attendance software, and MS Office Suite.Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-oriented manufacturing environment.
