Job Title: General Services Personnel
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities
Perform tasks related to safety compliance and support OSH initiatives
Act as caretaker of assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness and order
Provide basic security or guarding duties when needed
Support operations team in daily activities and manpower requirements
Handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials
Qualifications:
With OSH training or relevant safety experience is an advantage
Physically fit; experience in body building or similar is a plus
Can work as a caretaker, guard, and operations assistant
Trustworthy, responsible, and hardworking
Willing to do multi-tasking and flexible with assigned duties
Job Requirements
At least High School Graduate
With OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) training or relevant safety experience is an advantage
Physically fit; preferably with strong build (background in body building is a plus)
Can perform maintenance, utility, and manual tasks
Willing to work as caretaker, guard, and operations assistant when needed
Knowledge in basic safety procedures and protocols
Trustworthy, disciplined, and responsible
Flexible and willing to be assigned to different tasks
Can work independently and with minimal supervision
Willing to render overtime if required
