About the Role:
The HR Generalist with strong experience in US HR operations to support both administrative and employee relations functions. It is ideal to at least have 3 years of hands-on experience in US and PH Human Resources, familiarity with US and PH labor practices, and can effectively manage HR processes while serving as a point of contact for employee concerns.
What You'll Do- Manage day-to-day HR operations for US & PH employees
- Support payroll, benefits, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with US and PH labor laws
- Handle key HR processes including:
- ADA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment Claims
- Some hands-on experience with ADA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment Claims processes is required
- Serve as a trusted HR partner—handling employee concerns and relations
- Assist in investigations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Keep HR operations organized—reports, inbox, audits, and coordination
- ✔️ 3–5 years HR experience (with US + PH exposure)
- ✔️ Minimum 4+ years of US HR experience required
- ✔️ Strong understanding of US and PH labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and discreet
- Experience supporting remote or global teams
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft office tools.
