Job Title: Digital Marketing Campaign CoordinatorLocation: Block 7 Lot 5 & 6, Fil-Am Friendship Highway, Cutcut, Angeles City, Pampanga
Reports To: Property Management Department Head
Work Setup: Office-based, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services across Meta platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to actively contribute to the creation and design of campaign elements and coordinate scheduling.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure smooth operation of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in ad hoc duties, such as competitor analysis, benchmark reporting, qualitative and quantitative research.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly managing paid campaigns on Meta platforms using Ads Manager. Google Ads experience will be advantageous.
- Highly knowledgeable with various digital marketing channels (e.g. social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Suite (InDesign or Illustrator preferably), digital analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, with strong knowledge of design principles and typography.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or other creative software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 8-hour day shift
- Fixed Weekend Off
- Monthly salary (to be discussed during the interview)
