JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site In-Charge (Mechanical Engineer) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of all mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems from design coordination through installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Produce high-quality mechanical design and coordination deliverables across all project phases: Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.
• Oversees Planning and delivery of the Construction site.
• Ensure work completion is on time, with accurate and timely progress reporting throughout the project
• Supervise Foreman, Workers and Subcontractors on-site
• Coordinate confidently with clients and other professional subcontractors
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Ensure proper material take-offs, equipment installation, and quality control procedures
• Perform additional tasks and related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred, but not required)
• Safety Officer certification is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in building, mall and restaurant construction, mechanical systems installations
• Willing to travel and accept assignments in different site locations

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Comfortable in creating, reading, and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Comfortable in creating, reading and understanding blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and technical problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Has a strong leadership and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in computer aided applications i.e., AUTOCAD
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
