Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager to oversee customer engagement and after-sales operations for a real estate company. The successful candidate will lead the CRM team in providing exceptional customer service, managing client concerns, billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless ownership experience.

• Lead the CRM team in managing customer relationships and after-sales support.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and service escalations.
• Oversee billing concerns, payment inquiries, account coordination, and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers and homeowners.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Property Management, and other departments to resolve client concerns.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance.
• Develop and implement customer engagement and retention initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with company service standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in CRM or Customer Service within the Real Estate industry.
• Must have experience working for a real estate developer or property company.
• Strong expertise in client relationship management, billing processes, customer service operations, and inquiry handling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
