Audit Manager (Internal Audit | Real Estate)

Our client, a well-established and growing organization in the real estate industry, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead its internal audit function.

This role is responsible for strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, managing risk, and driving continuous process improvements across the organization.

• Develop and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead operational, financial, and compliance audits across the organization.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify control gaps and provide practical recommendations to improve business processes.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
• Lead and mentor the internal audit team while promoting best audit practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant internal audit experience, with leadership or managerial experience preferred.
• Solid internal audit experience within the real estate industry is required.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, corporate governance, and audit standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Marikina City.
