- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answers phone call and schedules meetings
- Carried out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned or required from time to time by his/her superior
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Proven experience as an Administrative Staff or Office Admin Assistant
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- At least one-year work experience is preferred
