Job Description
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answers phone call and schedules meetings
  • Carried out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned or required from time to time by his/her superior

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Staff or Office Admin Assistant
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • At least one-year work experience is preferred
