AREA MANAGER (PAMPANGA AREA)

Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple bakery shop locations across the Pampanga area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage and develop store managers and staff, providing coaching, training and performance management to achieve business objectives
- Monitor financial performance including sales targets, profitability, cost control and inventory management across all assigned stores
- Implement and maintain consistent brand standards, customer service excellence and product quality across all locations
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Drive sales growth and market penetration through the development and execution of local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Recruit, hire and retain high-performing team leader and store crew
- Manage budgets and expenditure for the area, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
- Liaise with head office functions including merchandising, supply chain and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams, local suppliers and community stakeholders
- Proven experience in multi-site retail or consumer products management, ideally within the bakery, food retail or quick-service restaurant sectors
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an area or regional management role overseeing multiple locations
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency and achieving profitability targets
- Excellent financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and supply chain processes
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions whilst collaborating with head office teams
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the Pampanga area as required
- Preferably based in or willing to relocate to the Pampanga area
