Maintain complete and updated records of all ROPA accounts
- Ensure proper filing, safekeeping, and inventory of contracts, deeds, tax declarations, and other documents.
- Review and verify completeness of documentary requirements prior to processing.
- Maintain electronic and physical databases of ROPA documents and asset records.
- Facilitate transfer of ownership and registration of acquired properties and repossessed assets.
- Coordinate with the Registry of Deeds, Assessor's Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Land Registration Authority (LRA), and other government agencies.
- Monitor the status of title transfers, annotations, cancellations of encumbrances, and issuance of new titles.
- Ensure timely payment and processing of transfer taxes, registration fees, and documentary requirements.
- Prepare documentary requirements for the sale, transfer, or disposal of ROPA assets.
- Track and monitor aging of ROPA assets and documentation status.
- Prepare periodic reports on title transfer progress, pending registrations, and documentation deficiencies.
- Coordinate with Legal, Credit Recovery, Collections, Accounting, and Operations units regarding ROPA-related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, , Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in documentation, asset management, foreclosure processing, or title transfer
- Experience in a financing company, bank, or lending institution
