Position: Training Officer
Job description- Support the planning and coordination of training programs focused on business processes, operational workflows, and product pathways
- Assist in identifying training needs related to process changes, product updates, and operational requirements
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and role-based training to support workforce readiness
- Prepare training schedules, materials, records, and learning documentation
- Support internal subject-matter experts and trainers in delivering process- and product-related training
- Track training completion, feedback, and basic effectiveness measures
- Contribute ideas to improve training methods, materials, and learning
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification
>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Training, Human Resources, or a related field
>1-3 years’ experience in training coordination, operations support, process documentation, or learning support roles. Experience supporting business process, systems, or product training is an advantage- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and document business processes and product flows
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
- Creative and practical approach to learning and process improvement
- Professional discretion when handling employee and operational information
