We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Office Staff to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in the office. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and encode client orders in Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare and print delivery receipts (DR) and sales invoices (SI)
  • Monitor and update inventory records as needed
  • Perform basic filing, organizing, and document handling
  • Communicate effectively with other departments for order coordination
  • Assist in generating reports or summaries when needed
  • Provide support for other admin tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years in college (required)
  • College graduate is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must be computer literate and tech-savvy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Preferably with previous admin or clerical experience
