Telemarketing manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and mentor the digital sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing to drive sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve digital sales offerings.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in digital sales performance.
• Prepare and present reports on digital sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Educational Requirement: College Graduate (Business Management Related Courses).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (supervisory role) in digital sales, online marketing, e- commerce, BPO, banking and lending industry.
