QAQC Engineer (Civil, Structural, Architectural)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
• Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ASTM, ACI, ISO, local codes)
• Conduct site inspections for civil, structural, and architectural works
• Monitor ongoing works such as rebar installation, formwork, concrete pouring, and finishing works
• Witness and verify material testing (concrete, soil, etc.)
• Issue Inspection Requests (IR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and logs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
• Track and ensure closure of NCRs and punch list items
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Attend site meetings and quality audits

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred
• At least 2–5 years of experience in construction QA/QC
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural works
• Experience in Industrial Construction is a plus
