Pharmacy Placement Specialist (Taguig) | Onsite

Shift: US

Responsibilities:

• Partner with consultants and your team to drive client benefits strategies by expertly managing carrier and vendor bidding, procurement, and negotiation processes.
• Perform in-depth member impact analyses to evaluate formulary and pharmacy network variations among bidders.
• Thoroughly assess and compare vendor products, services, and contracts to identify the best fit.
• Lead the design, distribution, and evaluation of comprehensive RFP responses.
• Contribute to pharmacy practice intellectual capital initiatives and leverage proven templates for the Rx Placement process.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Onshore Team to manage requests, timing, status updates, and follow-ups effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years experience working with health and benefits plans, preferably gained in a benefit consulting / brokerage firm or at a health insurance company
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of North American pharmacy benefit programs and US health consulting is a plus
• Project management experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time
