About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at TGP Mabalacat' in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our pharmacy.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Processing prescriptions and accurately handling medication orders
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the pharmacy is well-organised and clean
- Providing information to customers about their medications and over-the-counter products
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflows and high standards of care
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication terminology
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using computer systems
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree as minimum educational qualification
