POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Supervisor for Recruitment is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment and manpower acquisition process of the Security Group of Companies. The position ensures the timely sourcing, screening, selection, and deployment of qualified personnel for security, administrative, operations, and support service requirements while maintaining compliance with company standards, labor laws, and client expectations.
The Recruitment Supervisor shall supervise recruitment personnel, monitor hiring targets, improve recruitment systems, and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support operational manpower requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. Recruitment Operations
- Supervise the daily operations of the Recruitment Section.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for all business units and clients.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and endorsement of applicants.
- Monitor recruitment turnaround time and hiring completion targets.
- Conduct final interviews for key operational and administrative positions when necessary.
- Ensure proper implementation of recruitment standards and hiring procedures.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Administration, and Client Representatives regarding manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
- Maintain updated manpower pooling for:
- Security Guards
- Office Personnel
- Operations Personnel
- Drivers
- Utility Personnel
- Janitorial Personnel
- Other support positions
- Develop and implement effective recruitment sourcing strategies.
- Manage recruitment through:
- Social media platforms
- Job portals
- Employee referrals
- Recruitment caravans
- School partnerships
- PESO coordination
- Walk-in applications
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and external manpower sources.
- Recommend recruitment marketing strategies to improve applicant generation.
- Supervise Recruitment Staff, Recruiters, and HR Support Personnel.
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and training of recruitment personnel.
- Ensure professionalism and proper applicant handling within the Recruitment Office.
- Prepare staffing schedules and task assignments for recruitment personnel.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of applicant documents prior to hiring and deployment.
- Maintain organized recruitment records, applicant databases, and hiring trackers.
- Ensure compliance with:
- Labor laws
- Data privacy policies
- Company hiring standards
- Security industry regulations
- Coordinate background checks, character references, and verification processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of interview assessments and hiring recommendations.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports including:
- Hiring status reports
- Applicant statistics

- Deployment updates
- Turnaround time analysis
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and manpower fulfillment rates.
- Submit recruitment analytics and recommendations to Management.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure applicants are treated professionally and respectfully throughout the hiring process.
- Address applicant concerns and recruitment-related inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and recruitment discussions.
- Promote positive employer branding for the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Human Resource Management

- Or related course
- At least 5 years experience in recruitment, preferably in:
- Security agencies
- Manpower agencies
- Service-oriented organizations
- High-volume recruitment environments
- With supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
