Regional Sales Officer (Region III/Pampanga)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, and maintain regular engagement to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell company products, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the region; provide regular sales reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; with at least 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in industrial, electrical, or distribution products).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with clients and closing sales.
- Knowledge of the region and dialect; with an existing network is an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet targets, work independently, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); able to prepare reports, quotations, and basic documentation.
- Willing to travel within the region and who can drive a vehicle.
