About the role
At Country Funders Finance Corporation, we are seeking an experienced HR Learning and Development professional to join our team. As the HR Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that support the professional growth and development of our talented workforce.This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Assess the learning and development needs of our employees and create tailored training programs to address skill gaps
- Design, develop and deliver high-impact training sessions on a range of HR-related topics, including but not limited to talent management, performance management, and compliance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative learning content
- Implement and manage the company's learning management system to facilitate online and blended learning opportunities
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements to enhance their impact
- Support the onboarding of new hires and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR learning and development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dedicated HR learning and development role
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs that drive behavioural change and improve performance
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficient in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
