Senior Project Manager, Commercial Management- Responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and management of all commercial matters related to the developments, ensuring completion within budget and relevant quality standards, while directly reporting to the Commercial Director.
Qualifications/Requirements
A degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from a recognized university, with a minimum of five years of pre-contract or post-contract experience. Must have a strong project background and preferably be a member of a related professional institute.
