Accounts Receivable Collections Agent - Manila - ref. c27790715

This role is essential to maintaining positive cash flow and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
• Conduct collection calls and send written correspondence to customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment arrangements.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns.
• Prepare and send monthly account statements to customers.
• Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off when necessary.
• Generate regular reports on collection status and aging of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance-related role is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
