• Coordinate projects or client accounts involving Chinese-speaking clients.
• Translate written documents and interpret verbal communications (Chinese–English or vice versa).
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Chinese clients or staff.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Chinese.
• Act as a liaison between the company and Chinese-speaking clients, partners, or suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of communication, documents, and project timelines.
• Support internal departments (HR, marketing, admin, etc.) in Chinese-related tasks.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
• Help resolve language or cultural misunderstandings in business communication.

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Chinese culture and business etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in a bilingual/multinational company is a plus.
