Facility Engineer - Muntinlupa

• Ensures the smooth and on-time installation, operation, maintenance, repair, provision and modification of company’s equipment, facilities and utilities within quality and safety standards with the objective of ensuring productive, efficient and uninterrupted operations
• Handles the maintenance program of facility, ground support equipment (GSE), hangar and docking
• Reviews maintenance programs and formulates necessary design improvement or modification on all equipment, i.e. facility, GSE, hangar and docking
• Conducts site inspections/evaluation and initiates engineering project/s necessary to continuously improve LTP facilities and the facility division’s services
• Devises plans on effective methods related to periodic preventive maintenance, daily operational checks and required functional tests
• Prepares technical procurement specifications for new facility, GSE, hangar and docking equipment and setting forth standard criteria for technical evaluation process in order to select the most technically qualified vendor/supplier
• Validates and make acceptance of all repairs made by resident facility repair entity for monthly billing and payment purposes
• Performs facility inspections and prepares report on conditions affecting operations and recommend actions to be taken
• Performs assessment and/or technical evaluation on facility equipment, ground support equipment, vehicles, fire protection systems and fire detection/alarm systems in relation to disposal, rehabilitation and replacement programs
• Initiates warranty claims on projects or maintenance program involving facilities
• Extends technical assistance to other divisions in relation with facility concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc)
• PRC License is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on facilities maintenance and repair
• Proven experience in managing large-scale building maintenance projects, including structural repairs, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and coordination with contractors and suppliers
• Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
• Experience in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and detailed project timelines
