Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
• Develop and implement the business plan for profitability.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
• Generate business, cost and employee reports to management.
• Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates, issues, and recommendations.
• Provide directions and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.

• A bachelor’s degree in real estate management, Business Administration, or other related field in real estate industry.
• Specialized or advanced roles, a master's degree in real estate management or a related field may be preferred.
• Effective communication is crucial for interacting with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders.
• Real estate management can involve dealing with a variety of issues, so strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Property managers need to be able to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance.
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners is important for maintaining positive relationships.
